Denise Hughes is President of Transformation Ministries. Even as a teen, Denise was interested in Psychology, and fully surrendered to Jesus. She knew the call on her life is to help with the struggles of humanity (the brokenness, trauma, addictions and dysfunction in families). Denise holds degrees in both Social Work and Psychology and she started ministry as a pastoral counselor. Denise is trained in the inner healing modalities of Theophostic Prayer Ministry, Sozo, the Immanuel Approach, and HeartSync Ministry.
Denise’s passion continues to remain to see every believer intimately connected to God (Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit) and walking in the fulness of the freedom that belongs to them in Him. Her favorite way to share these truths is as a public speaker, but she has also founded schools that have trained, healed, and transformed others since 2012. Today, Denise continues speaking, teaching and training others. She has written two books, and loves taking this message of transformation wherever she is called. Though she has been in ministry for almost three decades, her heart still beats the same as that 16-year-old girl who knew, people are hurting and broken, and Jesus is the answer. Today, Denise resides in Nashville, TN.

Born in Texas and a longtime Nashville resident of over 45 years, Ginger Ludlow brings a unique blend of creativity, compassion, and prophetic insight to her work in ministry. With a background in music and technology, she has spent more than three decades as a songwriter and guitarist, having studied guitar at Belmont University before moving into music production.
In 2007, God redirected Ginger’s path from the studio to the deeper work of inner healing and deliverance. By 2012, she stepped fully into ministry, joining Transformation Ministries, where she now serves as Executive Director. From 2016 to 2022, she also served as a Regional Director for HeartSync Ministries, deepening her experience in helping others experience emotional and spiritual wholeness.
Ginger is passionate about seeing people live their most authentic and free lives through Jesus Christ. Since 2015, she has been teaching and speaking at conferences on a wide range of topics, including inner healing, brain science, codependency, and the intersection of technology and the Church. Her technical background extends into audio engineering, videography, and live streaming, all of which play an active role in supporting and expanding the ministry’s reach.
From 2022 to 2024, Ginger completed Year 1 and Year 2 of Global Prophetic Alliance’s Raising Prophets program. Though she had already been functioning in the office of a prophet within her ministry, this intentional training has equipped her to walk with even greater confidence and clarity in the voice of God as she ministers and teaches.
A true creative and tech enthusiast, Ginger’s interests range from coffee to Onewheels to what she calls “general nerdery”, reflecting her curiosity about both the practical and the mysterious aspects of life, including deep dives into biblical topics like the Nephilim.
She currently lives in Nashville with her husband, Jon, and their amazing daughter.
